Our Level 4 International Finance and Administration suite of qualifications provide regulatory knowledge and skills of the offshore business environment and trust and company law. You also have the opportunity to specialise in subjects such as Accounting and Investment, enabling you to tailor your qualification to meet your career needs. Level 4 is set at the level of a first year undergraduate degree. Level 4 forms part of a suite of qualifications in international finance that ICSA offers. There are three subjects available to study within the qualifications:

- Introducing Offshore Finance Centres
- The Legal Environment in the Offshore Financial Services Sector
- Taxation in Offshore Finance Centres
- Banking in Offshore Finance Centres
- Regulation and Supervision of Offshore Finance Centres
- Creating a Valid Trust
- Companies and Company Law
- Other Vehicles and Trust and Company Administration
- Accounting (optional specialist)
- Investment (optional specialist)
The Accounting Environment
Principles of accounting and book-keeping with a focus on understanding financial information and using it to make informed decisions.
An entry-level guide to the investment scene, starting from a general overview of savings, pensions and property, to more detailed explanations of areas such as collective investment schemes, derivatives and the money markets.
No formal entry requirements.
ICSA Level 4 International Finance and Administration is ideal for newly appointed administrators in the offshore financial services industry, as well as those who have been working in the industry for some time but have no formal qualifications.
Length: Candidates enrolling for this course will be required to study four modules (at least 30 hours per module) covering all aspects of regulation and supervision of the offshore services sector.
